1. Who we are

QORVILO OS (the "Service") is operated by AI Chat Hub ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you are entering into an agreement with AI Chat Hub, and by continuing to use the Service you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service for an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it; if you are an individual, you confirm you are of legal age.

2. The Service

QORVILO OS is an AI commerce operating system that connects to stores you authorise (such as Shopify) to provide analytics, inventory insights, AI recommendations and marketing drafts. You pay your commerce platform separately for your store; QORVILO subscriptions cover only QORVILO features.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate information, keep it up to date, and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service, including:

• using it for unlawful purposes, fraud or spam;
• infringing anyone's intellectual property or privacy;
• interfering with security — uploading malware, probing, scraping or overloading our systems;
• reverse engineering, reselling or redistributing the Service, or circumventing plan or usage limits;
• using AI features to create illegal content, deepfakes, hate speech, malware, or to attempt to bypass AI safety controls.

5. AI features

AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for your prompts, for checking outputs before relying on them, and for how you use them. AI outputs are not professional financial, legal or tax advice. No AI action is applied to your store without your approval. We may filter or refuse outputs and remove or restrict content that breaches these Terms. You keep rights to the content you provide; you grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the Service. Rights-holders can report infringement to qorviloos@gmail.com; repeated infringement leads to account termination.

6. Intellectual property

AI Chat Hub owns the Service, including its software, documentation and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your selected plan.

7. Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, taxes, renewals and cancellations are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled; you can cancel any time from Settings, effective at the end of the current period. See our Refund Policy.

8. Service availability

We work to keep the Service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may close your account at any time. After termination your data is deleted within 30 days, as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, data or goodwill. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it. You will indemnify us for claims arising from your content, unlawful use or breach of these Terms.

11. General

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control. You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may update these Terms and will notify you of material changes.
